The reason I chose 21 days is because, as an alcohol drinker, the idea of committing to "never drinking again" completely freaked me out! And what I’ve discovered over the years is that it freaks most people out! But I’ve also learned that the feelings of overwhelm and fear can be alleviated through calming the nervous system, soothing the mind, and supplementing with self-care. Add in support, accountability, and a well-laid-out plan, and what once seemed terrifying now becomes exciting.

By focusing on just 21 days at a time, we replace fear and overwhelm with clarity and confidence, creating space for healthier choices to take root and grow. Ready to jump on board??
